Shipping availability varies by product due to supplier‑based logistics. Each product page clearly lists the countries that item can ship to.

Shipping Regions

Winterform currently ships to:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Most of Europe (EU + select non‑EU countries)

Some products are restricted to specific regions (e.g., AU‑only, USA‑only, EU‑only) depending on supplier fulfilment.

Each product page includes a Shipping Countries section so you always know whether an item is available in your region.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with your shipment details.

During peak winter seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your region and the product’s fulfilment location.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Winterform is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on supplier location.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
